1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GiftCasher ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
GiftCasher is an online platform that allows registered users to sell gift cards and prepaid cards in exchange for cash payouts delivered via PayPal, USDT, ETH, BTC, or other supported methods. GiftCasher acts as a buyer of gift cards — not a marketplace or peer-to-peer exchange.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any gift card submission at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cards that cannot be verified, cards with insufficient balance, or cards we suspect may be fraudulent.
3. Eligibility & User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use GiftCasher. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your email address and password secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Gift Card Submissions
When you submit a gift card, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the lawful owner of the gift card
- The gift card was not obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized means
- The gift card has not been previously redeemed, used, reported stolen, or listed for sale elsewhere
- The card code and any associated information you provide are accurate
- You have the full legal right to sell the card
Submission of a gift card does not guarantee acceptance. We will verify each card before approving a payout. Verification typically takes up to 24 hours. During verification, the estimated payout is reflected as a pending balance in your wallet.
5. Payouts & Wallet
Upon successful verification of a gift card, the approved payout amount will be credited to your GiftCasher wallet as available balance. The actual payout amount may differ from the estimated payout if the card is found to have a different balance than declared.
You may withdraw your available balance at any time using a supported withdrawal method. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. Minimum withdrawal amount is $5.00 USD.
GiftCasher does not charge withdrawal fees, however third-party payment providers (PayPal, crypto networks, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees.
6. Rates & Pricing
Exchange rates displayed on the Platform are estimates and subject to change without notice. The rate applicable to your transaction is the rate confirmed at the time of submission. GiftCasher reserves the right to adjust rates based on market conditions, card type, or risk assessment.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use GiftCasher to:
- Submit stolen, fraudulently obtained, or counterfeit gift cards
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans
- Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the Platform
- Engage in money laundering or any illegal financial activity
- Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
- Attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Platform
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users or GiftCasher staff
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of wallet balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of GiftCasher or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GiftCasher is not liable for:
- Service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss
- Losses arising from delayed or failed verifications
- Fluctuations in gift card values or exchange rates
- Actions of third-party payment providers
In no event shall GiftCasher's total liability exceed the amount of the payout associated with the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GiftCasher, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of fraudulent cards.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, GiftCasher, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending balance may be forfeited if the account was terminated due to fraud or policy violations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
